Remote Virtual Inspection Services
At Dallas BBG we believe we can provide our communities with a better inspection experience. We believe that virtual or video inspections are limited to size and scope. Therefor we limit our list of approved inspections to residential home additions or modifications that require permit (H2O Heaters, HVAC Replacements, Solar Panels, etc.). We engage the permit holder on the day of installation. Doing this keeps the resident of the property from needed to spend anytime towards inspecting the work. This also creates the opportunity for non compliant work to be corrected and re-inspected same day. We would love to tell you more about our program.
